Fabian Coulthard – Driver, No.12 Shell V-Power Racing Ford

British-Born, New Zealand raised, Fabian Coulthard started his career in karts before moving into Formula Ford in New Zealand. A trip to the Australian Grand Prix support races at Albert Park in 2002 proved his worth, and he jetted to England to compete in Formula Renault. He moved to DJR Team Penske for 2016, in what was largely a development year. It was 2017 – Coulthard’s second year at DJR Team Penske – where everything came together, as he took four-wins on his way to a personal best third place in the Championship.

Scott McLaughlin – Driver, No. 17 Shell V-Power Racing Ford

Scott McLaughlin made his racing debut at eight, progressing through the NZ and Australian Karting scenes before being given a test in a Stone Brothers Racing Supercar. The fast Kiwi made the move to DJR Team Penske for the 2017 season, joining his compatriot Fabian Coulthard in one of the most exciting and promising combinations in the sport. He had an incredible season, taking eight wins and a record-breaking 16 pole positions on his way to a career best second in the Drivers’ Championship. He heads into 2018 full of confidence, and keen to continue the enormous momentum that built behind him last season.
